Our history

In 2017, the founders of our organization were participants in the "Mobilization of Women Against Violence" program. Each of them in one way or another encountered the inequality of women and men in our society and everyone understood that it must be changed. This is how an initiative group was first organized, which created a support group for women. On May 21, 2018, the Charitable Organization "Charitable Foundation Winds of Changes" was officially registered. From the beginning, the main strategy of the group was to involve the beneficiaries in its work. Our idea is not only to provide quality assistance, but also to give the most proactive and interested beneficiaries the opportunity for further self-realization. It also helps to evaluate more deeply the needs and requests of the groups with which we work and establish closer contacts with them. The same strategy remains with our foundation today.

Our mission

The main mission of our organizzation is to support and help women and children in the Odesa, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. We fight against any manifestations of discrimination, oppression of rights, manifestations of gender-based violence and exploitation against women and children. We believe that the future in which our children will live depends on us and we want it to be better than the circumstances in which we grew up. And for this, we must already create a space without oppression, violence, a space that will promote independence, self-confidence and the development of unique skills of each individual. Every person, regardless of gender, age, race, religion or health, has this right.

Our objectives

Creation of a safe space for women, girls and boys to change social, economic, political and gender values in Ukraine. Supporting the efforts of women on the way to expanding rights, freedom and opportunities in modern Ukraine. Creation and promotion of effective solidarity networks among non-governmental organizations and civil society organizations. Help in building a strong, independent Ukraine as part of the European family and promotion of European values of human rights. Resocialization and integration of women and children of the Roma community.
